Conveniently connected to the Waterfront Place Hotel, guests will not miss a beat when attending events such as concerts, consumer/tradeshows, conferences, boxing events or galas/ceremonies in the Morgantown Event/Conference Center.  The center is situated at the southwest corner of the hotel and features approximately 30,000 square foot facility.  The center has been uniquely designed with the exhibit space being located on the ground floor and reaches a depth of 22,946 square footage and 30 foot ceiling height with interlocking airwalls which serve as a quiet barrier between exhibit halls. This space has been uniquely designed for an exhibitor.  The loading dock area enters right into the main exhibit hall and provides an easy access for vendors to unload as well as providing a hydraulic lift for unloading ease.  Parking can be found minutes away in the covered tiered parking facility.

The Center also opens onto the picturesque Caperton Walking Trial which overlooks the Monongahela River.  The space features a patio area that serves as an intermission area for concert or conference attendees.

Ground Floor: The total square footage of Exhibit Hall A & B is 22,946 and is easily transformed into two sections.

Exhibit Hall A spans approximately 14,304 square feet and features acoustic and electrical panels in the floor for tradeshow vendor convenience.

Exhibit Hall B converts to 6,854 square footage and again features acoustic and electrical panels for ease.

First Floor: Features three additional meeting rooms, dressing room and a performing holding area.

George R. Farmer Jr. Boardroom overlooks the Monongahela River with full-length windows to capture the beauty of the outdoors and has a 9-person board room table with all Smart devices outlets located in the center of the table for meeting ease.  The room also features a projection screen mounted to the wall for easy viewing of presentations.  Space is 600 square foot.

MonRiver A serves as a cozy committee space for groups and reigns in at 252 square foot and features an airwall to

MonRiver B, which extends an additional 288 square footage.  Both rooms may act alone or together.  Each room also houses a projection screen mounted for ease of presentation viewing.  Each room can accommodate 12 people comfortably.

Located outside of each room is the spacious foyer space which spans 6,709 square footage and serves as a perfect location for registration, ticket purchasing, two-level reception space for conferences and galas.  An extra bonus is a covered outdoor terrace overlooking the Monongahela River and the Caperton Walking Trail.

Green Room located at the complete opposite end of the public space is the performer/entertainment holding area for groups.  This space features private kitchen with garage counterspace, restrooms, private terrace and full-length windows for a relaxing atmosphere before performances.  Space is 874 square foot and is adjacent to the Men & Women’s Dressing Areas and additional restrooms.  Private elevator allows performers a back entrance into the performing area.
